Maroon Bells – 2018

July 17, 2018. We were finally able to get into the Maroon Bells area, near Aspen Colorado. We had been trying to get up there all week but only shuttle access is allowed during the day. If you want to drive up you need to go early in the morning or evening when they open up vehicle access. That said, it does impress. We visited in the evening and it was beautiful in the evening sun. However, I think the morning light would allowed for more impressive photos. Regardless, Wow!
