Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 3/4 to 1 cup hot sauce
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded or 1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions
- Cook the chicken breasts, drain and shred
- On stove: In large sauce pan, heat chicken and hot sauce over medium heat
- Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Continue cooking and stirring, until the cream cheese is melted
- Mix in the cheddar cheese (or Velveeta), heating and stirring until it is melted
Serve with tortilla chips or scoops
