Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  • 3/4 to 1 cup hot sauce
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded or 1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

  • Cook the chicken breasts, drain and shred
  • On stove: In large sauce pan, heat chicken and hot sauce over medium heat
  • Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Continue cooking and stirring, until the cream cheese is melted
  • Mix in the cheddar cheese (or Velveeta), heating and stirring until it is melted

Serve with tortilla chips or scoops
