Recipe: Super Easy, Delicious Roasted Broccoli

This will be a favorite. Healthy, yet delicious.

Ingredients:

2 Heads of broccoli
2-3 cloves of garlic
4 Tbls. of olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  • 1. Chop the broccoli into bite size pieces. (If you have washed the broccoli make sure it is dry)
  • 2. Mince the garlic
  • 3. Place broccoli, garlic, olive oil, and salt & pepper into a large zip-lock bag or bowl. Shake or stir until broccoli is coated with oil.
  • 4. Spread out on a baking sheet, place on top rack of oven, bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until broccoli is brown on the edges, crunchy and delicious.
