Recipe: Super-Easy Hamburger Stew
This stew is tasty and super-easy to prepare. It won’t break the budget, and it comes together quickly and with minimal attention.
Ingredients:
1 POUND OF GROUND BEEF
3 CARROTS PEELED AND SLICED
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
1 15OZ CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
1 15OZ CAN OF WATER
3 CUPS OF BEEF BROTH
2 TSP OF MINED GARLIC
1 TSP OF PEPPER
1/2 TSP OF SALT
1 TSP OF GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP OF ALL PURPOSE SEASONING SUCH AS MCCORMICK SALT FREE ORIGINAL ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING (I USED FRED’S BRAND SALT FREE GARLIC AND HERB)
2 AND 1/2 POUND OF POTATOES (BEFORE BEING PEELED)
Directions:
- BROWN THE GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN.
- Add the carrots, onions, tomato sauce, water, beef broth, garlic, pepper, salt, garlic powder and all purpose seasoning.
- Bring to a Boil and then reduce to a simmer.
- Cover and continue to simmer stirring occasionally.Peel and dice the potatoes and add to the pot.
- Cover and continue to simmer and stir occasionally until the potatoes are fork tender.
